As a Senior Learning Strategist with more than 15 years of L&D experience, I have spearheaded multiple projects in the marketing, automotive, financial, consulting and events industry, creating award-winning projects along the way.

I focus on the crossroads of marketing and L&D (Digital Education Success) leveraging data, learner personas and content strategy to create predicitve, proactive and personal learning strategies. Over time, I have developed processes and methodologies to help organizations meet their growth and revenue targets with the help of innovative L&D approaches, such as onboarding and reskilling programs. I leverage tools most organization already have in place to create learning exepriences. This means, often organization don’t have to invest heavily in new tools and technologies, but simply focus on the learner and the outcomes.

I share my experience and expertise in my blog, in webinars, as well as at global conferences, and recently published the eBook “The Little Black Book of Marketing and L&D”. Follow me on Twitter or connect with me on LinkedIn to learn more.

  • Why Me?

My background is in business and L&D, meaning L&D for me is a business driver, not just a supporting function. I’ve worked in start-ups, as well as large, global organizations and understand the needs and pain points of both. When you hire me, you also get access to a network of highly skilled professionals in the industry, including other consultants and technology vendors. And, I’m simply passionate about what I do and believe that L&D can do better than what we are doing right now.

Reach out if you are interested in having me speak at a conference, webinar, event, your next company workshop, or if you are keen on how I can help your organization create the workforce of the future.

Previous clients include, amongst others, Investment Planning Council, Boston Consulting Group, Syngenta, and Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE). I am also a premium contributor to LPILearn.
